A Day in PIPALAND
Pipaland offers fun and educational experiences for children with a daily routine that includes dance, music, art, crafts, storytelling, and indoor/outdoor activities. The children will have the opportunity to explore their creativity and learn new skills in a safe and nurturing environment.
Rhythm and Music
Learning songs not only boosts children's memory and comprehension but also expands their Chinese vocabulary. Through singing, they effortlessly learn sentence structures and grammar. Rhythm activities help develop their coordination and balance. Activities involving hand movements, such as clapping and shaking bells, improve fine motor skills, which are beneficial for future writing and tool handling.
Storytime
We carefully select books and narrate engaging stories to immerse children in the colorful world of picture books. We guide discussions and encourage kids to share their thoughts and feelings. This enhances their language expression skills and fosters a love for reading and listening to different perspectives.
Art and Craft
In our art and craft sessions, children can unleash their creativity and imagination. We guide them to use various materials like colored paper, clay, watercolors, and brushes to create unique pieces of art. Besides enhancing their artistic skills, these activities also help improve their focus and hand-eye coordination. We encourage kids to express their ideas freely, helping them gain confidence and a sense of achievement through their creations.
Festive Celebrations and Culinary Experiences
During festivals, we organize activities rich in festive traditions to let children experience the charm of traditional culture. For Chinese New Year, we do paper cutting, write couplets, and sing New Year songs. For the Dragon Boat Festival, children learn about dragon boat racing and making rice dumplings. Through stories and picture books, they learn about the background of Mid-Autumn Festival. Kids can not only enjoy the festive atmosphere in PIPALAND but also get to know the Chinese cuisine culture.
